A small collections of songs and instrumentals I made in a span of 5 days. At the moment I was inside often watching different black cinema movies from the 60s and 70s, like “Coffy”, “Shaft”, and “Dolemite”. I found the “Funk” genre of music was very prevalent throughout these movies and was very inspired to create music with the same vibe, energy, and groove. The best way I believe to describe the music selection is fun, loose, free flowing, and bass heavy. I hope you can find a way to resonate with what I have created, there’s a lot more coming soon that I can’t wait to present to the world, till then stay true and trust yourself. LOVE - Azhar
